Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain precise temperature/humidity levels in cold storage zones using digital monitoring systems
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize inventory using FIFO protocols
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and warehouse management systems with certification
- Conduct daily facility safety inspections and report maintenance needs
- Prepare inventory reports and coordinate with logistics team for seamless operations
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA compliance standards for food safety
- Train on new cold storage technologies and process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in cold storage, warehouse, or refrigerated logistics
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to work in sub-freezing temperatures for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with inventory management experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation to Tulsa facility
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper techniques
