Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and products within the warehouse and to and from the loading dock.
- Maintain strict adherence to cold storage temperature controls and safety protocols.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily inventory checks and stock replenishment using handheld scanners.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the facility, including temperature monitoring logs.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, cold storage, or logistics environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Must be willing to work in cold environments (below 40°F).
- Clean criminal background check and drug screening required.
