Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming inventory using our cloud-based tracking system
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with safety-certified precision
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital platforms for inventory updates
- Conduct cycle counts and audits using mobile scanning technology
- Coordinate outbound shipments and maintain digital shipping records
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficient material flow
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to Jacksonville facility (2-3 days/week on-site)
- Basic computer skills for remote administrative tasks
