Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) provided by company
- Maintain optimal temperature zones (-10°F to 40°F) using company-monitored systems
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive goods with provided specialized tools
- Conduct inventory checks using company-provided handheld scanners
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA safety protocols with supplied protective gear
- Perform routine sanitation of cold storage areas using company equipment
- Document temperature logs using provided digital monitoring systems
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures with provided insulated gear
- Basic warehouse equipment operation (training provided)
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain (company-paid)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs with provided mechanical assistance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to work rotating shifts in climate-controlled environment
