Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and ship orders using our proprietary packing system
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, shrink wrappers) safely and efficiently
- Maintain real-time inventory tracking via remote portal during shifts
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize packing workflows
- Conduct quality control checks on packed items
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Participate in quarterly process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy for remote inventory tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid California driver's license for occasional errands
- Reliable transportation to facility (hybrid role)
