Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and sort customer orders using handheld scanning devices
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certification
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counting and auditsAdhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld technology
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license (if operating powered equipment)
