Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Lead, train, mentor, and schedule a diverse team of warehouse associates to maximize productivity and morale.
- Ensure strict adherence to all OSHA safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and implement procedures to reduce shrinkage and optimize storage space.
- Resolve personnel conflicts and handle performance issues in a professional and constructive manner.
- Collaborate with the logistics and operations managers to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Prepare and submit daily shift reports, including productivity metrics and safety incidents.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a warehouse supervision or team lead role.
- Forklift certification and valid driver's license.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Manhattan, WMS).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- High school diploma or GED; Associate degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
