Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Conduct inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies digitally
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and safety standards
- Collaborate with remote team members via communication platforms
- Optimize picking routes using warehouse management systems
- Support inbound/outbound logistics processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for digital reporting tools
- RF scanner or WMS system experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to Pittsburgh facility
