Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse staff (15-20 employees)
- Implement and maintain safety protocols ensuring OSHA compliance
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct regular audits
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure seamless transportation coordination
- Generate performance reports and data-driven improvement plans
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with proven leadership track record
- Forklift certification and strong knowledge of warehouse equipment
- Expertise in inventory control systems (WMS experience preferred)
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data reporting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in remote capacity
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
