Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments using our digital inventory management system
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) following OSHA safety protocols
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation via remote monitoring tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Document material movements using our proprietary logistics software
- Maintain accurate digital records of inventory transactions
- Support warehouse improvement initiatives through remote data analysis
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/material handling experience
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs periodically
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote operations
- Excellent communication skills for virtual team collaboration
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
