Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/untract materials using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Manage inventory with RF scanners and maintain accurate records
- Pick/pack orders for shipment with 99% accuracy
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and responsibly
- Maintain clean, organized workspace following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math and inventory skills
- Valid government-issued ID (no background check)
- Flexible schedule including weekends/OT
- Willingness to learn warehouse systems
