Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.8% accuracy using our proprietary fulfillment system
- Inspect items for quality and packaging integrity before shipping
- Update inventory databases in real-time through our cloud-based platform
- Collaborate with shipping team to coordinate delivery schedules
- Maintain organized digital records of completed orders
- Participate in weekly virtual team meetings and training sessions
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Proficient with digital tools and inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
