Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with 99.9% accuracy using our proprietary inventory system
- Operate remote packing equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Conduct quality checks on products and packaging materials
- Maintain real-time inventory records via our cloud-based platform
- Collaborate with warehouse team during bi-weekly Austin site visits
- Optimize packing processes to reduce material waste and shipping costs
- Adhere to safety protocols and company quality standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, or order packing experience
- Proficiency with inventory management software or WMS systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- High-speed internet connection and dedicated home workspace

- Valid driver's license for occasional supply runs
