Responsibilities
- Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently from a remote workstation.
- Pack items securely to ensure safe delivery, utilizing proper packaging materials.
- Maintain accurate digital inventory records and update stock levels in real-time.
- Generate and print shipping labels and tracking information for all outgoing packages.
- Communicate effectively with the warehouse team regarding order discrepancies or special handling needs.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of organization.
