Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 100% accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify product descriptions and quantities against digital invoices.
- Prepare and print shipping labels and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized digital workspace and inventory logs.
- Communicate effectively with the warehouse team regarding order discrepancies.
- Process returns and exchanges promptly and courteously.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Proven experience in data entry, order fulfillment, or warehouse operations.
- Fast and accurate typing skills (35+ WPM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
