Job Overview:
As a Remote Warehouse Associate, you will act as the bridge between our digital systems and physical inventory. You will ensure accuracy in order processing and maintain our high standards of supply chain efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming and outgoing inventory orders with 99.9% accuracy.
- Update and maintain digital inventory databases in real-time.
- Communicate discrepancies or stock shortages to the warehouse floor team immediately.
- Assist in the preparation of shipping labels and documentation remotely.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company inventory and client data.
- Perform daily quality checks on order fulfillment data.
- Collaborate with management to optimize remote workflow processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or inventory management (remote or on-site).
- Must have a dedicated high-speed internet connection and home office setup.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
