- Process and reconcile digital orders, returns, and stock adjustments with high accuracy.
- Coordinate remotely with on-site Columbus logistics staff to resolve discrepancies and ensure shipment readiness.
- Perform quality assurance checks on inventory data and report errors immediately.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company inventory and customer data.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience with inventory software, Excel, or similar databases is preferred.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus during night shifts.
