- Coordinate with physical warehouse staff to resolve discrepancies and ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Update product databases and maintain detailed records of stock movements and handling procedures.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding order status and inventory availability.
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Assist in the development and optimization of remote warehouse workflows.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot data errors quickly.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management is preferred but not required (we train the right candidates).
