Responsibilities
- Design and deploy cutting-edge Agentic AI architectures that leverage LLMs for autonomous task completion.
- Build and optimize Vector Databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to enhance agent accuracy.
- Implement sophisticated Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) loops to fine-tune agent behaviors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into enterprise-grade software ecosystems.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, safety protocols, and robust error handling in autonomous systems.
- Conduct research on emerging 2026 tech trends to keep our architecture ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a specific focus on LLMs and Agentic workflows.
- Programming: Expert-level proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Frameworks: Deep understanding of LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks.
- Data: Strong background in data engineering, data cleaning, and MLOps practices.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
