Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 AI Roadmap: Define the architectural vision and technical milestones for our 2026 product suite.
- Design Scalable Systems: Build robust, fault-tolerant machine learning infrastructure capable of handling high-velocity data streams.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning agents for real-world deployment.
- Technical Strategy: Mentor engineering teams and establish best practices for MLOps and data governance.
- Research Integration: Bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-ready engineering.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 2 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
