Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI infrastructure designed for future scalability through 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the development of advanced Machine Learning models, focusing on Transformer architectures and Generative AI.
- Optimize existing algorithms for reduced latency and improved inference speeds.
- Collaborate with data scientists to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring model deployment, monitoring, and retraining pipelines are robust.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies to ensure our roadmap remains competitive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
