Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Large Language Model (LLM) pipelines for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead research initiatives in Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, and Autonomous Agents.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce operational costs using edge computing strategies.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing applications.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, safety, and compliance (AI Act readiness).
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience building production-grade machine learning systems at scale.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern LLM frameworks.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Transformers, Vector Databases, and RAG architectures.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex architectural transitions.
