Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create a comprehensive technical strategy for AGI and Generative AI initiatives.
- Lead R&D: Spearhead research into Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and multimodal systems.
- System Architecture: Design fault-tolerant, distributed ML infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
- Product Integration: Partner with product managers to integrate complex AI models into consumer-facing applications.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI, bias mitigation, and data privacy compliance.
- Strategic Communication: Present technical visions to executive stakeholders and board members.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years in software engineering/ML, with at least 4 years in a senior architecture role.
- Technical Core: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Cloud Architecture: Proven experience designing cloud-native solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performance engineering teams through complex product cycles.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
