Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure and model architectures optimized for the demands of 2026.
- R&D Strategy: Spearhead research into emerging technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, and Autonomous Decision Systems.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of AI models in production environments, ensuring low latency and high throughput.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce governance frameworks to ensure responsible AI development and bias mitigation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex research into market-ready solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks. Experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- 2026 Vision: Demonstrated interest and experience in futuristic technologies, such as Neural Networks, Edge AI, or Cognitive Computing.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
