Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex smart contracts using Solidity and Rust, ensuring optimal gas efficiency and security standards.
- Lead the architecture of high-throughput Layer 2 scaling solutions.
- Conduct rigorous security audits and write comprehensive unit and integration tests.
- Integrate Web3 wallets (MetaMask, WalletConnect) and handle complex state management.
- Mentor junior developers and establish best practices for the blockchain engineering team.
- Participate in the full development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment on mainnet.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in Web3 development.
- Deep expertise in Solidity (v0.8+) and familiarity with Rust for tooling development.
- Proven track record of deploying audited smart contracts on Ethereum and major L2s (Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon).
- Strong understanding of cryptographic principles, consensus mechanisms, and DeFi protocols.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing (Hardhat, Foundry), and gas optimization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
