The Role:
In this high-impact role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade engineering. You will be responsible for architecting the backbone of our AI ecosystem, ensuring robustness, scalability, and efficiency as we scale towards our 2026 goals.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture for large-scale AI and machine learning systems, ensuring alignment with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Model Deployment: Lead the deployment of Generative AI models and LLMs into high-traffic production environments using containerization and microservices.
- System Optimization: Continuously optimize model inference latency, throughput, and resource utilization to achieve cost-effective scalability.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Implement guardrails and safety measures to ensure AI outputs are unbiased, transparent, and compliant with emerging regulations.
- Tech Stack Evangelism: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready algorithms, Neuromorphic computing) into our core architecture.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Core Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Generative AI: Proven experience designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless architectures.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical challenges and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
