Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architectural design for AI systems targeting the 2026 product roadmap.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize existing neural networks for reduced latency and higher throughput.
- Mentor a team of junior data scientists and ML engineers.
- Ensure system scalability and security in a cloud-native environment.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in quantum computing and edge AI.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects.
- Strong understanding of MLOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
