Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, Engineering) to define AI roadmaps and implementation strategies.
- Optimize model inference pipelines to ensure high performance and low latency in production environments.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to improve model accuracy, robustness, and efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in the AI landscape and integrate relevant technologies into our stack.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Expert proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of MLOps practices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with transformer architectures and prompt engineering techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
