- Model Optimization: Continuously refine and optimize existing models to improve accuracy, latency, and cost-efficiency.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring junior staff and conducting technical workshops.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning engineering.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- LLM Expertise: Demonstrated experience working with Large Language Models (GPT, Claude, Llama) and RAG architectures.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
