Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale machine learning models and neural networks.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI models into production environments.
- Optimize existing algorithms for speed, accuracy, and scalability.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of models to ensure reliability and ethical standards.
- Document technical specifications, architecture, and model performance metrics.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical vision of the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or a similar technical role.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of NLP and LLM architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
