Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune large language models for enterprise applications.
- Optimize inference pipelines to ensure low latency and high throughput.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production products.
- Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends in generative AI and deep learning.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Develop and implement robust data pipelines for model training and evaluation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of NLP, transformers, and model architectures.
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
