Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Tech Roadmap: Define and execute the technical strategy for our upcoming AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Model Architecture: Design, train, and optimize deep learning models for large-scale deployment.
- System Optimization: Improve inference latency and reduce computational costs by 30%+ through architectural changes.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by implementing state-of-the-art (SOTA) research into production environments.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering leads to define technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Tools: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Spark).
- Cloud: Extensive experience deploying models on AWS or GCP.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems with innovative solutions.
