Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of scalable AI and machine learning systems for mission-critical applications.
- Oversee the end-to-end deployment of proprietary algorithms in cloud and edge environments.
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to define the product roadmap and technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Ensure data privacy, security compliance, and ethical AI governance standards are met.
- Optimize system performance and reduce latency in high-throughput environments.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or software architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Strong experience with cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in high-growth tech environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
