We are on a mission to define the technological landscape of 2026. Nexus Future Labs is seeking a visionary Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the development of our next-generation autonomous agents and Large Language Model (LLM) infrastructure.

You will work at the forefront of Generative AI, building robust MLOps pipelines and optimizing model inference for real-world enterprise applications. Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art Large Language Models and generative AI solutions using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Architect scalable MLOps pipelines to support continuous training, versioning, and A/B testing of AI models.
- Optimize inference latency and reduce computational costs for high-throughput production environments.
- Integrate advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures to enhance model accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
- Ensure data privacy, security compliance, and ethical AI practices across all deployed models.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning, NLP, or Generative AI.
- Expert proficiency in Python, with strong experience in frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying LLMs to production and optimizing model performance.
