- Optimize existing algorithms for speed and accuracy, significantly reducing latency in production environments.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, AI, or Data Science.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying models to production with high accuracy and low latency.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in NLP or Computer Vision is a major plus.
