Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Spearhead the design of scalable, distributed AI systems and quantum computing prototypes for the 2026 roadmap.
- Integration: Bridge the gap between classical computing and emerging quantum algorithms to optimize processing power.
- Research & Development: Lead R&D efforts in Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agent systems, ensuring cutting-edge performance.
- Code Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, establishing coding standards and architectural best practices.
- Strategy: Define the technical strategy for integrating AI-driven automation into legacy systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on AI/ML and distributed systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++ for high-performance computing.
- Quantum Knowledge: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq) or experience in simulating quantum environments.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, open-ended technical problems in a fast-paced environment.
