Responsibilities

- Optimize inference latency and accuracy for edge devices and cloud environments.
- Establish ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous AI agents.
- Mentor junior researchers and drive technical roadmaps for the AI lab.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research breakthroughs into commercial products.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
- Experience with distributed training frameworks and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of data privacy and AI safety regulations.
