Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), transformers, and generative AI technologies.
- Proven track record of deploying complex AI systems that have measurable impact on business performance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
