Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a warehouse environment
- Load/unload trucks with precise pallet placement
- Conduct daily pre-operation equipment inspections
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanners
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Assist with warehouse organization and cleanliness
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift license
- Minimum 2 years recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
