Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials within the facility
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Manage inventory using warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean and organized work areas per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Train new operators on equipment protocols
- Document all material movements and inventory changes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
