Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse and dock areas
- Load/unload shipments with precision using pallet jacks and other equipment
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for optimal workflow
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
