Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in fast-paced warehouse environment
- Accurately inventory and organize materials using WMS systems
- Execute loading/unloading of freight with zero-damage record
- Perform daily equipment inspections and preventive maintenance
- Maintain OSHA compliance in all material handling activities
- Train junior staff on safe operating procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on inventory optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience operating Class I-III forklifts
- Valid OSHA Forklift Operator certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
