Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory
- Maintain accurate warehouse records and inventory documentation
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance on equipment daily
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Train junior operators on safe equipment usage
- Assist in maintaining organized storage areas and dock operations
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Pre-employment drug screening required
