Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with WMS proficiency
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Strong analytical skills for KPI tracking and reporting
- Excellent conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Experience with SAP or Oracle inventory systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in climate-controlled environment
