Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and store incoming inventory
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after training)
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and safety standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily shipping targets
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory checks
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to operate powered equipment after training
- Team player with positive attitude
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Reliable transportation to Seaport location
- Pass pre-employment drug screen (no background check)
