Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety protocols at all times
- Train new operators on proper equipment usage and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of forklift operation experience with valid OSHA certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency in WMS software and RF scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if required
- Forklift certification (valid or ability to obtain within 30 days)
