Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environments
- Execute inventory control procedures using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Coordinate cross-functional material movement with receiving/shipping teams
- Maintain equipment safety standards through daily inspections and preventive maintenance
- Train junior operators on OSHA compliance and operational protocols
- Optimize stacking/storage efficiency to maximize warehouse capacity
- Document all activities in compliance with ISO 9001 standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recent forklift operation experience in warehouse settings
- Valid OSHA forklift certification and current operator license
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- OSHA 10-Hour General Industry certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness abilities
- Pre-employment drug screening and background check required
