Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse environments
- Manage inventory with RF scanners and WMS systems
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily per OSHA standards
- Coordinate cross-functional team movements during peak hours
- Train junior operators on safety protocols and operational best practices
- Optimize storage layouts to maximize warehouse capacity
- Document all activities using digital tracking systems
Qualifications
- OSHA-certified forklift operator license required
- 3+ years of warehouse/forklift experience
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Experience with hazardous material handling preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
