Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Utilize handheld scanners (RF guns) and warehouse management systems to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing products to ensure quality and identify any damages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and shipping deadlines.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods (up to 8-10 hours per shift).
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and weight calculations.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure correct order fulfillment.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory for this entry-level role.
