Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts in fast-paced warehouse environment
- Safely load/untract trailers and manage inventory accuracy
- Perform daily equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
- Maintain OSHA compliance and safety documentation
- Train new operators on warehouse procedures
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless operations
- Utilize WMS systems for inventory tracking
Qualifications
- 3+ years forklift operation experience (certification required)
- OSHA Forklift Operator certification (valid)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Strong knowledge of warehouse safety protocols
- Experience with RF scanning technology
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clean MVR and ability to pass background check
- Basic math and inventory management skills
